Job Title : Java / Spark Developer

We are looking for a talented Java / Spark Developer to join our team and contribute to our big data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Java and Spark, along with hands-on experience in Hadoop, Hive, Impala, and SQL. Candidate will play a key role in developing and optimizing data processing applications to handle large datasets, ensuring data integrity and performance.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop scalable data processing applications using Java and Apache Spark.
• Implement data ingestion and transformation processes using Hadoop, Hive, and Impala.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational and non-relational databases.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Optimize existing Spark applications for performance and reliability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data processing jobs to ensure smooth operations.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development and data engineering.
• Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge sharing and compliance.
