Can you walk into an empty room and picture the perfect setup for a wedding, golf tournament dinner, or celebration? If so, we want to meet you.What You'll Be Doing : - Handling all event bookings—from first inquiry to event day.- Coordinating timelines, menus, layouts, and staffing.- Creating detailed event plans and working closely with our kitchen and restaurant crew.- Being the go-to person for clients, answering questions, solving problems, and keeping things stress-free.- Promoting our event offerings and helping us grow.You're a Great Fit If You : - You're great with budgets, timelines, a fast-paced environment.- Are a strong communicator who can lead a team and keep everyone on the same page.- Are creative, organized, and enjoy making things run smoothly.- Have a few years of experience in event planning or hospitality. (bonus points if in a leadership role!)Bonus Skills We'd Love : - You're great with budgets, timelines, and client relationships.- You're worked with vendors or sponsors.- You're familiar with golf or sports-related events- You've got your Food Safe and Serving It Right (or are open to getting them) Ready to Apply?
