As our Marketing Director for Homewood Health Centre and The Residence, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and focused campaigns for facilities, products and services
- Execute B2B and B2C demand generation strategies to grow occupancy and business performance
- Monitor performance and market impact of campaigns and meet regularly with operations teams to review strategies, performance and opportunities
- Develop and maintain communication materials, content and promotional information
- Support marketing needs for sales presentations on Homewood products and services to customers and prospects as well for internal education and communication
- Identify opportunities for participation in trade shows, conferences and marketing events
- Own the marketing plan and supporting documentation for key products and services including : product definition, target market, competitive positioning, brand(s), key features / benefits, communication points, pricing, channels and go to market approach
- Ensure coherence in associated marketing materials, online properties and marketing communications
- Lead formal product review process and support development of new or key products and services
- Analyze market needs, trends, opportunity sizing and competitive environment across key segments / targets to guide marketing strategies and campaigns, in response to market conditions and the natural evolution of products and services
- Identify significant factors affecting demand for mental health services with key customers / segments
- Monitor and report on product performance
- Lead and / or participate in organizational projects that may arise for key products / opportunities
What we're looking for
