SAP Project Manager - RISE Cloud

Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of Fortune 100 / 500 / 1000 and other companies in Canada / US.

We are currently hiring for a SAP Project Manager RISE & Cloud for our global SAP consulting client.

Location : Toronto ON Remote with occasional client onsite visit

Rate : $90120 / hr CAD C2C depending on experience

Start Date : ASAP

Duration : 6 months initially potential long term extensions

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with a strong background with RISE cloud to join our team and lead the implementation of our RISE & Cloud solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP project management with a focus on RISE and Cloud ERP solutions. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and postimplementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning and design of SAP RISE & Cloud projects working closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives

Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Manage project resources including internal team members and external contractors to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders including clients project team members and senior management

Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address any issues that arise during the project lifecycle

Provide guidance and support to project team members ensuring that they have the resources and knowledge needed to successfully complete their tasks

Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed

Stay uptodate on industry trends and best practices related to SAP RISE & Cloud solutions and make recommendations for process improvements and new technologies

Qualifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management

1 years of experience with working on RISE Cloud ERP projects is required

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools

Experience managing projects with budgets of at least $1 million

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

PMP certification is an asset

Experience with Agile methodology is an asset

Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements
