Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Accounting Analyst - Hydrocarbon Inventory Control to join our clients team in Calgary, AB. As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate reconciliation of SAP inventories and supporting process improvements in inventory management.

Responsibilities :
Facilitate monthly reconciliation of SAP inventories to shipper statements by commodity pool, location, trade strategy, and legal entity.
Collaborate on process improvement initiatives and support technology solutions for ST&O Transformation.
Assist in creating and documenting a Book to Physical process for SAP S4 inventory reconciliation.
Troubleshoot issues to streamline complex inventory reconciliations.
Ensure adherence to monthly hand-off processes and accounting month-end deadlines.
Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
5+ years’ experience in crude and / or refined products logistics, settlements, or accounting.
Basic knowledge of end-to-end transaction lifecycle and trade flow.
Strong Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills, with attention to detail.
Working knowledge of SAP (Materials Management module).
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Economics.
Experience in trading, finance, or operations environments.
