Reports to : Director of Information Technology
Location : Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario, Canada
Salary : $110,000 – $118,000 / annually (plus benefits)
Position Summary
The Associate, IT Director oversees Tessitura and related enterprise applications that support Ticketing, Ecommerce, Fundraising, Marketing, Outreach and Audience Services. This role also manages internal collaboration platforms, including SharePoint Online, and leads the responsible use of AI and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
Will work closely with senior members of Development, Sales, Marketing, Outreach, Finance and Creative Management to ensure that core applications support our mission : making theatre accessible, engaging and inspiring for our community..
