Job Description
Overview:7+ years in IT, software development, or related fields
5+ years in Workday integration development (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting); implementation experience preferred
2+ years in a technical lead or senior development role
Advanced experience with Workday tools: EIB, Studio, Document Transformation, Cloud Connect, and RaaS
Strong skills in Workday reporting and business process troubleshooting
Proficient in Web Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, HTTP, SSL, PGP, SAML
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Lead and support a team of offshore/nearshore developers
Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Cloud Connect, and Document Transformation
Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications
Review architectural documentation and technical designs
Participate in integration testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical and functional requirements
Support production environments, monitor integrations, and manage incidents
Conduct impact analysis and manage enhancements and upgrade activities
