Reports To : Operations Manager"A mind built for excellence. A spirit built for service." What does a File Manager with Paul Davis do?

• Receive and open new claims
• Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
• Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
• Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, vendors
• Receive and handle invoices, correspondence
• Collecting receivables on current accounts
• Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
• Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
