Role Overview
AGS is hiring a high-performing Enterprise Sales Representative to drive new business across all AGS offerings.
This is a strategic consultative multi-solution role selling into:
You will own the entire sales cycle - from outbound generation to diagnosis solution design and deal close.

Performance Expectations - First 12 Months
The successful Enterprise Rep will:
Close $1.2M-$1.5M in new revenue
Maintain $3M in qualified pipeline
Attach RevHelix into a majority of outbound-relevant opportunities
Drive adoption of HubSpot implementations as part of multi-solution deals
Demonstrate mastery of:
RevHelix outbound mechanics
LandBase agentic AI workflows
Sales Health Assessment
RevTalent recruiting frameworks
RevAcademy performance architecture
HubSpot CRM design and implementation basics
