As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for building and reconciling the organization's data to support continuous improvement and optimize business processes.

You will work closely with the various functional teams to understand data needs and business processes, while taking on special projects, such as customer data analysis (e.

g. Zoho Analytics data analysis), and contributing to the evolution of our ERP system. Home Office (Canada or Worldwide) Apply

  • Design and implement analytical solutions to collect, consolidate, analyze and visualize company data in real time.
  • Work closely with operational teams to master processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Use advanced analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns and anomalies in data.
  • Develop customized dashboards and reports to deliver actionable, turnkey insights to business stakeholders.
  • Present data and its stories to communicate its importance to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain the company’s ERP, ensuring that data is accurate, complete and available in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and optimize data pipelines from internal databases and SaaS applications, employing the DataOps philosophy.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of special projects, such as improving customer data analysis and related process and system improvements.

Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business intelligence, computer science, data science, statistics, information management, administration or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of ERP systems and ability to support and optimize their use
  • Experience in analysis, data integration, process modeling and data history presentation
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R or other relevant programming languages.
  • Expertise in data management, governance, quality and security
  • Expertise in personal data protection
  • Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from different levels and departments
  • Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
  • Capacity for adaptation and continuous learning

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Fluency in spoken and written English an asset
  • Technical knowledge of machine learning or artificial intelligence is an asset.
