Intermediate Change Management

On behalf of our client, Procom is seeking a Int Change Management Analyst for a 14 month contract in Edmonton preferred (open to Calgary) AB.

Intermediate Change Management Responsibilities

The Change Analyst will support the business and project in the preparation of employees and stakeholders to operate the change upon go-live. Activities include but are not limited to :

• Identify impacted stakeholder groups as a result of changes from the implementation of the project
• Gather and analyze change impact information.
• Coordinate with business specialists and business analysts on identified change impacts to determine level of impact.
• Review and monitor change action plan progress with key stakeholder groups.
• Identify and monitor people and organizational readiness criteria.
• Identify future state roles and responsibilities of the end business users.
• Liaise with HR on impacts to roles and responsibilities and identify HR related activities in the change schedule.
• Liaise with other programs and projects as applicable to identify and document interdependencies and impacts and plan accordingly.
• Prepare and execute readiness assessments and manage people and organizational readiness dashboards.
• Involvement in training preparation support as required.
