Join the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) this summer to help support injured or ill workers and shape safer workplaces across Ontario. The WSIB is a community where enthusiasm, fresh perspectives, and expertise are celebrated. We offer growth and development opportunities in a culture founded on compassion, integrity, and teamwork.
The Customer Service Representative receives and responds to inquiries related to claims, health care benefits, and other WSIB services. Inquiries come via telephone and online channels from internal and external stakeholders. The CSR provides accurate information and directs unresolved inquiries to appropriate internal partners.
To apply, visit the WSIB Careers page between November 19 2025 and January 14 2026 and apply to the “Summer Student – Customer Service Representative” posting.
More information about the Summer Student program can be found on the WSIB Student Programs page.
As a precondition of employment, the WSIB requires all prospective candidates to undergo a criminal records name check prior to or at any time following hire.
The WSIB is an equal opportunity employer and provides accommodation for job applicants in accordance with the Human Rights Code and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act. If you are an individual with a disability and need accommodation to apply, please contact talentacquisitioncentre@wsib.on.ca. If invited to the assessment process, provide accommodation needs then. You may be required to provide medical documentation to the WSIB Corporate Health Department to support appropriate accommodation throughout recruitment.
