Job description

Product Manager - Simulation Software GNSS

  • Montreal, Canada
  • Permanent, Full-time Employee
  • Salary approx. CAD $120,000–$140,000 - depending on experience

This global leader in positioning, navigation, and timing technologies is searching for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership for their flagship GNSS simulation software suite, used by leading automotive, aerospace, and telecom organisations.

Here, you will take a vital role in owning the roadmap and product definition for the core software of their complex, real-time, high-performance GNSS simulator portfolio, written in a C++, Python, Linux environment.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the product roadmap (short, mid and long term) for cutting edge GNSS simulation software, in close collaboration with the hardware Product Manager.
  • Act as the cross-functional focal point between R&D, project, support, sales and technical marketing teams across Montreal and European sites.
  • Translate customer and market needs into clear functional requirements and epics , and follow them through to successful delivery.
  • Monitor development progress, anticipate risks and trade-offs , and make data-driven decisions to keep releases on track.
  • Support technical marketing with datasheets, guides, use-case content and release communications for internal teams and customers.
  • Help define commercial product strategy across key markets (automotive, aviation, telecoms, etc. including positioning and differentiation.
  • What you bring

  • Academic or professional background in a technical or engineering domain.
  • Experience in Product Management for complex B2B software systems - ideally simulation / navigation.
  • Technical affinity, comfortable collaborating with engineering teams, ideally understanding GNSS, RF, PNT, or related principles.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate market needs into functionality.
  • Proven track record in roadmap ownership, stakeholder alignment and customer-facing presentations.
  • Fluent in English and French.
