We Offer - Earning Potential: Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses.
- Training and Support: Gain industry knowledge, leadership training, and access to a network of successful franchisees and corporate support.
- Dynamic Work Environment: Lead a team, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in a fast-paced and rewarding industry.
- Career Progression: Be part of a fast-expanding company with ample room for professional advancement.
- Flexible Schedule: This is not a desk job. We trust our employees to structure their days more efficiently around client meetings and site visits. This role is ideal for those who thrive in a hybrid remote environment and prefer hands-on work over a rigid 9-to-5 routine.

Here’s what a typical day might look like: - Morning Check-In: Review the project schedule and ensure all crews are prepared for the day’s tasks. Communicate with vendors to confirm material deliveries.
- Client Communication: Check in with homeowners to provide updates on ongoing projects, address questions, and ensure their satisfaction throughout the process.
- Midday Operations: Handle material orders, manage change orders, and monitor project budgets to ensure everything stays on track. Recruit, schedule, and oversee installation crews as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Address unexpected issues, such as material delays or customer concerns, and work with your team to resolve them quickly and efficiently.
- Daily Wrap-Up: Review progress reports, evaluate upcoming priorities, and plan your next day to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications - Construction Operations Experience: 3+ years of experience in residential construction, ideally in siding and renovation (required)
- Good knowledge of or experience working with siding suppliers in the area (required)
