City Dispatcher / Load Planner

We are currently seeking a City Dispatcher to join our operations team. This role is responsible for pre-planning loads and dispatching drivers. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of the full trip process, from pre-planning through completion, to ensure all shipments meet pick-up and delivery times and align with appointments and customer expectations.

The pay rate for this position is $27 / hour and we pay weekly every Friday!

Responsibilities :

– Pre-plan and coordinate city loads to ensure efficient operations

– Dispatch drivers according to scheduled pick-up and delivery appointments

– Manage the entire trip lifecycle, including planning, updating, and completing trips

– Monitor shipments and proactively address delays or changes

– Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams

– Maintain accurate and timely dispatch and trip documentation

Qualifications :

– Previous dispatch or transportation experience preferred

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills

– Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment

– Proficiency with dispatch systems and basic computer applications
