What you’ll do :
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, professional approach and attitude
- Remain dependable for scheduled shifts
- Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly location at all times
- Operate and maintaining all equipment and tools in a safe and reasonable manner
- Adhere to all Westview Co-op policies and procedures and following all OH&S regulations
- Deliver product in a timely manner, ensuring loads are correct and deliveries are on time
- Receive merchandise as directed by the Lumber Manager
- Provide information, assistance and service to customers in a manner which will promote the sale of merchandise and meet the needs, requirements and expectations of the consumer
- Ensure employees maintain a safe, secure, and legal work environment where the employee’s well being is paramount
- Supervise staff to ensure they adhere to staff appearance, housekeeping, loss prevention, and customer service standards
- Communicate effectively with the Lumber Manager on any issues that may arise
