Job description

Tibersoft is an established leader in SaaS solutions for the food away from home industry, providing data-driven insights and automation tools to drive efficiency and profitability for enterprise clients in foodservice manufacturing. We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and self-driven Marketing Operations Lead.

As a Marketing Operations Lead, your role is to bring marketing campaigns and content to life across multi-channel opportunities, leveraging B2B technology to enhance demand generation and brand awareness. With a focus on operational excellence, KPI tracking, and a performance-driven mindset, you'll ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and meet measurable results. Being highly organized and adept at managing and prioritizing time and tasks effectively will be essential to success in this role.

This is an 18 month maternity leave contract position starting in March 2025 with the option to work remotely in Toronto, Canada. Occasional travel will be required.

Responsibilities :

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
  • Contribute to idea generation and strategy development for campaign initiatives.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring all campaigns align with brand values and objectives.
  • Track and report campaign performance to optimize for KPIs and enhance overall effectiveness.

Marketing Operations & Project Management

  • Lead campaigns in HubSpot, handling setup, tracking, and performance reporting.
  • Manage external agencies and contractors to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate in-person event and conference planning and logistics.
  • Support virtual events, including webinar setup, registration management, and content collaboration.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including leadership, sales, product, and client services, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Facilitate communication across teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign execution.
  • Brand Consistency & Visual Oversight

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all marketing channels and client collateral.
  • Oversee branding and design elements, guiding external UX / UI and graphic design resources as needed.
  • Create and manage templates in Canva for easy repurposing across social media ads, blog banners, and email content.
  • Qualifications :

  • Minimum 4 years in B2B Tech Marketing
  • Experience with ABM preferred
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Pipedrive, or comparable CRM and automation tools
  • Strong experience in social media, SEO, and WordPress
  • Excellent project management skills, including event logistics
  • Highly organized, with proven ability to manage and prioritize time and tasks effectively
  • Experience managing external agencies and contractors
  • Experience with Canva is required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
