Thehealthandsafetyadvisorwillbebothtacticalandstrategic.
Theyshouldbecomfortablewithasitelevelpositionthatrequiresamixoftimeintheoperations andintheoffice.
YouwillworkingintandemwithanothersafetycoordinatorandreporttotheDirectorofHR.
YourDutieswillinclude :
- Orientations
- Crewtalks
- WorkSafeliaison
- Onthefloorhazardidentification,riskassessments
- Maintainingandupdatingsafetyliteratureandhandbooks
- Weekly,monthly,annualOHSreporting
- Managingdisabilitymanagementprocess
(investigations,returntowork,communicationwithmedicalprofessionals)
