Job Description:
As an Insurance Broker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their insurance needs. You will be responsible for:
Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand their insurance requirements.
Conducting thorough assessments of clients' risk profiles and recommending suitable insurance products and coverage options.
Researching and comparing insurance policies from multiple carriers to offer competitive rates and comprehensive coverage.
Providing clear explanations of insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients, ensuring they make informed decisions.
Assisting clients with insurance claims processing and providing support throughout the claims settlement process.
Staying informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an insurance broker or a similar role in the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Proficiency in using insurance brokerage software and tools.
A valid insurance broker license in [State], or the ability to obtain one within [specified timeframe].
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred.
