Responsibilities
Report to the Chief Executive Officer and serve as the CMA’s senior legal, governance, and enterprise risk advisor, providing strategic guidance on matters of organizational importance.
Oversee legal services, governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management across the CMA Group of Companies, ensuring the integrity of decision-making and protection of the organization’s reputation.
Support the Board and senior leadership on complex issues, oversee legal and privacy frameworks, and help the CMA navigate a regulated and politically dynamic environment.
Qualifications
Seasoned legal executive with deep experience advising Boards, CEOs, and senior leaders in complex, multi-entity or highly regulated environments.
Expertise across corporate, regulatory, and employment law, along with governance, enterprise risk, and compliance.
Principled, diplomatic, and strategic leader who is energized by guiding a mission-driven national institution through issues with public, political, or reputational sensitivity.
