• Diploma of Collegial Studies in Administration;
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  
• Experience in construction administration is an asset;
  
• Good command of the Office Suite;
  
• Excellent command of English grammar;
  
• Good organizational skills;
  
• Great administrative rigour, attention to detail;
  
• Discretion;
  
• Multitasking and efficiency.

What you will do to complete this mission successfully:

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the project management team;
  
• Tracking internal/external changes to the abbreviated subcontract on the Procore application;
  
• Processing of the management team's timesheets; Cost tracking of certain subcontractors; Order office supplies, track inventory and track costs;
  
• Event planning (reservations, meals, etc.);
  
• Internal follow-up and follow-up with subcontractors in connection with the documentation required for the
• Investment Tax Credit (ITC) for clean technologies;
  
• Perform all other administrative tasks.
