JobDescription :
Asthe Project Manager you will oversee the entire project ensuringthe creation of meaningful connections between job seekers andemployers elevating awareness and fostering community engagement.
You will be responsible for coaching businesses on equitablerecruitment strategies and ensuring the project s objectives aremet.
Overseethe development of educational materials on inclusive recruitmentand leadershipdevelopment.
Conductresearch on EDIA to be applied to coaching andworkshops.
Overseework on data collection and management baseline and progressmeasurement outcome evaluation impact assessment feedback loops andreporting anddissemination.
Coachbusinesses on best practices for equitable and competencybasedrecruitment strategies addressing fundamental issues of social andracial inequalities within the businesslandscape.
Conductconsultations with businesses on bestpractices.
Documentbest practices and lessons learned for futurescalability
Conductregular reporting and final evaluation report on theproject.
Engagewith employers and community partners to promote GROW sinitiatives.
Presentto employers and advocate for changes in hiring practices andworkplaceculture.
Collaboratewith partners for expertise and resourcesharing.
Responsibilities :
Ensuringall goals and objectives aremet.

Overseeand support team members in data collection and impactassessment.

Conducta final year evaluation report on theproject.
Coordinatemarketing and advocacy efforts with otherorganizations.

Requirements
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business Social Work Education or a relatedfield.
Minimumof 5 years of experience in project management business coaching ora relatedrole.

Requirements : Bachelor s degree in Business, Social Work,Education, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience inproject management, business coaching, or a related role.
