Home Inspector

Job Description :

Insight Global is looking for a Home Inspector to join a leading Canadian insurance company. This individual will be responsible for performing comprehensive residential property inspections, identifying material defects, safety concerns, and system deficiencies. This individual will also communicating directly with customers. This is a field based role that will be servicing the GTA region.

Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate of a recognized home inspection education program
• 1+ years of residential home inspection experience
• Member in good standing with CAHPI or equivalent recognized association
• Knowledge of residential construction, building systems, and defects
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and manage daily inspection schedules
