Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to presenting qualified individuals to clients.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile.
• Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain a candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and placement success.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term success.
• Stay up-to-date with recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices in talent acquisition.
