Production Assistant (6-Month Contract)

Your mission:

The Production Assistant plays a key role in supporting thetimelyand high-quality assembly of our products by accurately preparing components, completing final assemblyin accordance withProduct Quality guidelines, andmaintainingan organized and efficient production area. Through teamwork, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, this role contributes to a safe, reliable, and collaborative production environment that supports overall operational success.

This is a6-monthcontract position.

In this role you will:

• Complete the final assembly of our products in a production environment, adhering to our Product Quality guidelines.
• Plan area inventory.
• Assistancewith building maintenance tasks.
• Accurately prep components to be used during final assembly
• Other duties as assigned

This role might be right for you if you have:

• 1+ year of experience in a generallabour, manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment
• A high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Experience working in a team-based environment
• Reliability and a strong work ethic,demonstratedthrough dependability, punctuality, and a commitment to completing tasks safely and accurately
• Attention to detail,with the ability to follow instructions,identifyerrors, andmaintainquality standards
• Basic problem-solving skills,including the ability to recognize issues, ask questions, and escalate concerns appropriately
