Job Description :

As a complex and strategic Project Manager, you will lead, orchestrate, and integrate end-to-end delivery of various solutions requiring multidisciplinary teams within the company and its business partners.

Your goal will be to achieve expected benefits within allocated financial resources and time constraints.

• The ideal candidate is results-oriented, pragmatic, and has demonstrated expertise in integrating highly complex solutions, including SaaS, custom development, and adaptation of existing on-premises and cloud applications.
• The candidate should have a proven track record in setting up multidisciplinary project delivery teams using both agile and sometimes waterfall methodologies.

They must possess the pragmatism to think outside the box and operationalize immediate and sustainable improvements in a continuous improvement context based on root cause analysis.

Governance mechanisms and metrics tailored to the situation are essential for managing execution and stakeholders effectively.

Excellent communication skills are crucial, with the ability to adapt and simplify information based on the audience.

The candidate excels in team formation, adept at assembling multidisciplinary skills to create effective delivery teams tailored to the challenges encountered.

They should demonstrate high autonomy, quickly finding their bearings and achieving operational efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Practitioner Senior-level leader focused on results, pragmatic with political savvy and influencing skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Over 15 years of relevant experience in complex project management and integration.
• Experience collaborating in team settings within a turnaround context.
• Management of multiple stakeholders at all levels (from execution teams to executives).
• Knowledge and experience in data management and data governance capabilities / functions.
• Understanding of relevant technical domains such as data platforms, cloud computing, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and data privacy protection.
• Ability to work with various execution modes (Waterfall, Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework SAFe).
• Proficiency in French and English is essential. The position requires bilingualism in French and English, as collaboration with resources outside Quebec is necessary.

• À titre de Chef.fe de projet complexe et stratégique vous aurez à diriger, orchestrer et intégrer la livraison bout en bout de plusieurs types de solutions qui exigent des équipes multidisciplinaires au sein de l’entreprise et ses partenaires d’affaires afin d’atteindre les bénéfices attendus à l’intérieur de l’enveloppe financière allouée et les contraintes de temps.
• Le.la candidat(te) recherché(e) est un praticien(ne) orienté(e) résultat, fait preuve de pragmatisme, a une expertise démontrée d’intégrations très complexes d’une multiplicité de solutions types SaaS combinées à du développement sur mesure et d’adaptation à des applications existantes sur site et dans un contexte infonuagique.
• Le.la candidat(e) a une feuille de route qui démontre avoir mis sur pied des équipes multidisciplinaires de livraison de projet d’envergure utilisant une approche agile et parfois combinée à une approche waterfall .
• Le.la candidat(e) par son pragmatisme est en mesure de penser hors de la boite et opérationnaliser avec sens de l’urgence des améliorations immédiates et durables dans un contexte d’amélioration continue fondée sur l’analyse de cause.
• Le.la candidat(e) maîtrise la mise en place de mécanismes de gouvernance et métriques adaptés à la situation afin d’assurer une gestion appliquée au contexte d’exécution et des parties prenantes.

Il ou elle doit avoir d’excellentes aptitudes de communication et savoir s’adapter et vulgariser selon les intervenants.

• Le.la candidat(e) sait bien s’entourer sachant très bien le maillage des compétences multidisciplinaires requises pour former des équipes de livraison efficaces adaptées au contexte des défis rencontrés.
• Le.la candidat(e) d’une grande autonomie retrouve ses repères et atteins un niveau opérationnel rapidement.

Exigences et qualifications requises

• Praticien(ne) niveau Cadre senior orienté résultat, pragmatique avec sens politique et joueur d’influence ;
• Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée ;
• Plus de 15 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de projet de transformation et d’intégration complexe ;
• Expérience de travail en collaboration d’équipe dans un contexte de redressement ;
• Gestion de multiples parties prenantes à tous les niveaux (des équipes de réalisation jusqu'aux exécutifs) ;
• Connaissance et expérience du domaine des données et des capacités / fonctions de gestion des données ;
• Connaissance et / ou compréhension des volets techniques pertinents aux plateformes de gestion des données, l'infonuagique, Intelligence d'affaires, Intelligence artificielle, sécurité informatique, protection des renseignements personnels, etc.
• Habilité à travailler avec plusieurs modes d'exécution (Cascade, Agile Scrum, Agile à l'échelle SAFe) ;
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais est essentielle. Le titulaire du poste doit être bilingue en français et en anglais, car il sera amené à collaborer avec des ressources à l'extérieur du Québec.
