We’re currently seeking an Office Coordinator to join the team of our client, a prominent leader in the overhead dock and door industry.
Available Shift : Monday-Friday 8 : 00AM – 4 : 30PM
Rate of Pay : 40,000 – 45, 000 annually
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians
- Perform invoicing for both sales and service
- Collection of accounts receivable
- Customer service to both in person and phone customers
- Maintaining filing systems
- Assist with sales processing for our sales team
- Other accounting and office administration tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENTS :
Administrative experience in data entry, accounts receivable, and other office related tasks.Completed post secondary education in business administration with a focus on office administration and / or accounting.Ability to work independently and collectively with senior managementExcellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism and confidentialityExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated with focus on building solid workforce and customer relationsadmin
