The opportunity
We are looking for candidates that have a passion for technical challenges, show strong analytical and communication skills, and have hands-on experience with planning, designing, developing, and implementing CRM solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Our client is currently looking for a CRM Project Manager to participate in various CRM implementations.

What you will do
The CRM Project Manager will be comfortable in all aspects of project delivery including solution design, implementation, stakeholder management, and ensuring project success. The Project Manager will work closely with clients, functional teams, and technical consultants to ensure the successful execution of CRM implementations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Collaborate with the project and delivery teams to ensure comprehensive requirements gathering and proper solution design.
- Ensure effective communication with clients, manage meetings, track deliverables, and oversee action items to maintain project momentum. This includes being in constant communication with the clients' project managers and acting as the liaison.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to the project team throughout the implementation to ensure successful delivery of CRM projects.
- Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders to define business needs and present suitable technical solutions, customizations, and integrations within the chosen CRM platform.
- Define and keep track of detailed project plans, budgets, and task management strategies in order to achieve project objectives.
- Ensure effective resource management by overseeing all project resources and resourcing needs, ensuring that the right skills are available when needed.
- Implement and ensure quality control measures to ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards and client expectations.
- Coordinate with technical teams to oversee systems configurations, data migrations, and user training to ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay current on CRM technologies and trends to support the solution.
What you bring to this role
10+ years of business requirements analysis and hands-on CRM delivery and configuration experience.Experience with CRM implementation projects, performing a variety of roles through the full project life cycle.Strong expertise in delivering solutions for CRM solutions.Knowledge or experience with Dynamics 365 is a strong asset, but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead client meetings and executive committees, requirements discussions, internal team meetings, track deliverables, and oversee action items effectively.Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to drive complex projects to successful completion.A passion for technology and its ability to improve business processes.Ability to work in office an average of 2-days a weekPrevious experience in a consulting organization is an asset.Fluid vous remercie de l'intérêt que vous portez à cette opportunité.
