Salary : At Wawanesa, salary is only one component of a holistic, comprehensive and competitive offering that we provide to our employees. Job Overview
As an Application Developer, you will be working under minimal supervision at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining solutions within the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform. You'll play a pivotal role in the design analysis of incentive compensation structures and be responsible for integrating data and ETL processes.
This role will be part of the Digital Delivery department which focuses on developing and enhancing Wawanesa's broker and member facing digital solutions using industry leading technologies and frameworks. This includes building the ecosystem using a broker centric design approach with a strong focus on enhancing the user experience for our brokers in Canada.
