Since 2010, we’ve transformed lives with compassion and sustainable solutions. We’re seeking a strategic Grant Manager to secure funding that amplifies our impact across Canada.

Role Snapshot

As our Grant Manager , you’ll be the driving force behind our funding pipeline, identifying opportunities and crafting proposals that turn community needs into actionable support. Your work will directly fuel programs that uplift vulnerable families, refugees, and youth.

What You’ll Do

• Grant Strategy : Research and prioritize government, foundation, and corporate funding opportunities aligned with MFBCS’s mission.
• Proposal Development : Write compelling grant applications, tailoring narratives to funder priorities and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Partnership Coordination : Collaborate with program teams to design budgets, measure outcomes, and gather impact data for reporting.
• Compliance & Relationships : Track deadlines, submit timely reports, and nurture relationships with funders to sustain long-term support.
• Knowledge Leadership : Stay updated on Canadian funding trends, CRA requirements, and best practices in nonprofit grant writing.
