What you’ll do :
Reporting to the Food Store Manager, the Front-End Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Front End of the Food Store and in achieving department goals. The successful candidate will possess brand characteristics and perform duties in accordance with our values, vision, and mission.
Key responsibilities include :
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Members and Customers, and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.
- Lead the direction for Team Members in all areas including performance management, talent development, engagement, talent acquisition, orientation, and onboarding.
- Responsible for overall safe, effective operations of the Front-End department, which includes but is not limited to scheduling, ordering, Brand standards, etc.
- Collaborating with fellow Team Leaders on displays and store projects
- Ensure high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations.
- Responsible for all aspects of the operations financial results including sales, margin, wage cost, expenses, and contribution.
- Ordering / receiving and merchandising.
- Point of sale operations and procedures
- Cash office functions (cashups, deposits, change orders and member equity inquiries)
- Other projects and assignments as required.
Who you are :
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree – related field preferred or equivalent relevant work experience may be considered.6-9 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.Strong computer and technical background, including effective working skills of the Microsoft Suite and Outlook.You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.You have highly efficient organizational skills.You’re aligned with our Values.What We Offer :
