Role Overview
As an Entry-Level Relationship & Customer Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in building and nurturing relationships with wedding planners, supporting their onboarding, and driving engagement across our community. You’ll act as a bridge between EPA and our planner members — helping them maximize value from our offerings, whether through events, marketing, or our CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Managing Planners
Welcome newly accepted planners into the EPA network.Conduct onboarding sessions : introduce EPA benefits, community structure, and engagement opportunities.Help set up and manage planners in our CRM system, ensuring all contact and business details are accurate and up to date.Relationship Management & Customer Service
Be the main point of contact for planners for day-to-day needs and inquiries.Proactively check in with planners (especially new ones) to ensure they are leveraging all the benefits (networking, education, FAMs, etc.).Connect with planners to understand their pain points, business goals, and how EPA can better support them.Email Marketing & Communication
Manage planner-facing email campaigns : announcements, newsletters, FAM trip invites, event reminders, and other relevant communications.Draft, schedule, and monitor emails to planners. Track open rates, engagement, and follow up as needed.Segment our planner base to tailor messaging (e.g., new planners vs. veteran planners).Business Development & Outreach
Reach out to potential new planners (prospective members) through research, outreach emails, social media, and calls.Assist in qualifying leads, building a pipeline, and onboarding them into our network.Help coordinate FAM (familiarization) trip planning and planner participation.CRM & Data Management
Maintain and update planner data in the CRM.Generate reports and dashboards (e.g., planner engagement, onboarding progress, email campaign stats).Use data to identify trends and make recommendations for improving planner engagement and retention.Targets, Quotas & KPIs
Work toward monthly / quarterly targets (e.g., number of new planners onboarded, engagement metrics, email campaign performance).Collaborate with leadership on setting achievable goals, tracking progress, and refining strategies.Event Support
Support the organization of planner-community events (virtual or in-person), including FAM trip logistics, galas, meetups, and webinars.Assist in planner invitations, RSVPs, communication, and post-event follow-up.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (in business, communications, hospitality, or related field) preferred.1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or relationship-building role (internships count).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.Experience or interest in email marketing tools.Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Passion for weddings, luxury travel, or event planning is a strong plus.Strong interpersonal skills : able to build rapport with planners and partners.Proactive problem solver, comfortable suggesting improvements based on feedback and data.What You'll Gain
