Supply Chain Supervisor

Our valued client is seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Supervisor to oversee all supply chain functions within their organization. This is a critical and dynamic role that plays a key part in ensuring operational efficiency, cost control, and alignment between production, inventory, and demand. Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller , the successful candidate will work collaboratively with multiple departments and lead essential supply chain initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and strengthen supplier relationships , including contract negotiation.
• Oversee all logistics operations , including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Analyze key supply chain metrics—such as inventory turnover, lead times, and consumption patterns —and implement corrective actions where needed.
• Lead production scheduling , coordinating sales forecasts, production capacity, and raw material requirements.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet both production requirements and customer demand.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional managers to ensure all critical duties are completed to support supplier and customer commitments.
• Lead and oversee cycle inventory counts .
• Reconcile inventory count variances and maintain strong knowledge of the production process.
