Job Title : Quality Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues or failures, ensuring quality improvements, conducting testing, and engaging in customer investigation. This is a long-term position with opportunities for contract rolling or full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues or failures.
• Implement quality improvements and conduct testing.
• Perform customer investigations to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct failure analysis with component-level root cause identification.
• Read and interpret schematics, electrical circuits, and PCB layouts.
• Utilize hands‑on lab skills with multimeters, oscilloscopes, hi‑pot testers, and LCR meters.
• Document and report clearly with client‑facing reports, MTBF, Pareto charts, aging analysis, troubleshooting time, and repair costs.
• Apply formal problem‑solving methods such as 7QC tools, 5‑Why, and 8D.
• Engage in quality and process improvement activities, including risk assessments, NCR / MRB handling, FPY, and production support.
• Lead and collaborate cross‑functionally with procurement, production, suppliers, and various organizational levels.
• Communicate clearly and exercise good judgment when managing sensitive information.

The pay range for this position is $44.00 - $55.00 / hr.
