Position Summary

The Data Quality & Operations Lead is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the integrity reliability and usability of our core data assets. This position blends hands-on technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration to drive data quality initiatives optimize operational processes and deliver actionable insights that support corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Data Operations

• Own and oversee daily data validation tasks ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data workflows.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex data issues performing root-cause analysis troubleshooting anomalies and implementing robust fixes.
• Conduct proactive data audits and quality checks to maintain the highest levels of data integrity across systems.
• Evaluate recommend and test new tools and platforms to modernize and enhance data operations.
