Were seeking a Entry-Level Remote Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will guide clients through their benefits programs. Ideal candidate demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with clients virtually via Zoom and phone

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Present benefit programs clearly and professionally

Accurately complete and maintain required documentation

Collaborate with teammates to achieve goals

Requirements :

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Prior customer service, tutoring, or client support experience is an asset
• Strong verbal communication skills with patience and empathy
• Proficiency in using Zoom and digital tools for communication
• Comfortable speaking over the phone
• Team-oriented and self-motivated.
