Our family : We are a family of three with one on the way. Our daughters are currently 8 and 3 and our son is 9 months old.

What we're looking for : Ideally, we'll find a Flexible live-out nanny. Primary hours are 3 : 30-8 : 30. School pick ups are required.

Details : We're hoping our nanny will help with light house cleaning and have energy to do activities with the kids.
