Customer Care Representative

Thrive Now Physiotherapy is looking to add to the Client Care Team! No late nights, no weekends, and we are closed on Fridays by 5:30 pm! We have a pretty fun and amazing team to work with, too. If you are looking to join a great team, read on; we want to hear from you!

In customer care, you play a vital role in patient experience as their first point of contact, and ensure a smooth process of booking and billing. At our clinic, you can take pride in the work you do while being given the tools to enjoy your life and grow your career. We are looking for a PART-TIME candidate with availability to cover sick and vacation time when needed. The position hours are Monday to Thursday, 3 pm to 7 pm, and Fridays from 1:30 am to 5:30 pm in Duncan.

• Excellent multi-tasking skills
• The ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems and billing
• Personable and friendly communication skills
• Proficiency with computers, modern software, and social media
• A desire to grow your career with the right team

• Resident of the Cowichan Valley with reliable transportation preferred
• Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
• Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
