Purpose and Objectives:

SAP SuccessFactors is seeking a Functional Consultant to join our team and provide consultant level expertise to support the outcome-based goals of our cloud customers. The Functional Consultant will play a crucial role in delivering tailored adoption recommendation services.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for remotely delivering 1:1 adoption and consumption focused services and workshops across SAP SuccessFactors Suite depending on their area of expertise and certification. They will also act as a subject matter expert for their area(s), developing exclusive content for SAP Preferred Success HCM customers while collaborating with various stakeholders to drive the innovation and evolution of the SAP Preferred Success HCM offering.

Requirements:

• Associate Certification in at least one of the SAP SuccessFactors Suite modules (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll/Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Succession & Development, and/or Compensation & Variable Pay), and HCM Platform.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in development, implementation, and/or optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Suite.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills to effectively work with technical and non-technical colleagues and customers. Additional languages an advantage.
• University undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a comparable field or other comparable experience.

SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 90,000-140,000 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount, and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance. Due to the nature of the role, which involves global interactions with SAP entities, as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada, functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
