What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :

• Lead the project management of CRM implementation and related system integrations, collaborating closely with the external implementation partner
• Coordinate and oversee all phases of the CRM rollout, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Manage data migration processes, including data scrubbing, cleansing, and analysis to ensure accuracy and usability
• Develop, maintain, and optimize AI-driven workflows to enhance operational capabilities and service delivery
• Act as the primary liaison between the implementation partner and internal stakeholders to address technical needs and customization requests

What is Required (Qualifications) :

• Proven experience as a software implementation specialist, particularly with CRM systems
• Strong understanding of Salesforce and Hubspot
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder relationship management
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and projects
