Full Time Shipping / Receiving Clerk

MaxSys Staffing is hiring for Shipping Clerks for a major client in Mississauga

Monday- Friday 8 : 30am-5pm

$18 / hr

Temp-Perm

Major Responsibilities :

Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices.

Maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.

Maintains records of merchandise shipped. Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing line.

May prepare kitting packages.

Completes pick functions encompassing all pick processes :

Paper Pick Paper Smart Pick Paperless Pick Parcel Batch Pick LTL Pick

Completes put-away function of received goods.

CPD labeling by customer requirements

Job Requirements : Job Complexity :

Works on assignments that are routine in nature, requiring limited judgment. Has little or no role in decision-making.

Education & Experience :

Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience. High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to lift, carry and move 50 pounds (intermittent and frequent) Ability to reach and bend Ability use hand-truck Ability to use pallet jack
