Responsibilities
- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax guidance, reviewing personal tax returns, full-service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries.
- Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver the right answer to customers in terms they will understand.
- Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and produce personal tax returns for clients, including complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions.
- Maintain excellent customer service skills and interact professionally, friendly, and confidently with clients via video and audio tools.
- Work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 + years paid professional tax preparation experience.
- Ability to provide CRA RepID for use of CRA Represent a Client service upon successful onboarding.
- Proficiency in both English and French (bilingual).
- Experience utilizing professional tax software for personal tax returns with complex elements.
- Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities and enhancing the brand.
Additional Qualifications (Optional)
- Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) returns.
- Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) returns.

Compensation
Base pay: PEI $24.50‑$33.50/hour, BC $24.50‑$33.50/hour, Nova Scotia $24.50‑$33.50/hour. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay based on knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
