Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design and development of products Experience in leading a small team would be a great asset Strong knowledge of object software development, using C++ Strong knowledge of Windows / Mac OS X platforms Strong knowledge of 3D graphics Knowledge of application development using the Qt C++ toolkit is an asset Autodidact : energized by, and insatiably curious about, the world of high tech
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Software Developers, guiding the skills and ensuring the quality of the team
- Design software architecture to meet planned requirements
- Determine and deliver accurate design and development time estimates
- Design and implement user-friendly software components
- Integrate components with the whole application
- Write code accurately
- Implement integration and unit tests
- Fix any bugs found in the software programming
- Prototype user interface component
- Propose innovative solutions
