Adecco is currently seeking an Account Manager to join our client's team on for a 6-month contract basis in Calgary, AB. This role offers a dynamic work environment where you will develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a background in brokerage services or a similar sector and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients by coordinating efforts across various internal services and divisions. Act as a liaison to ensure smooth communication.Ensure a high level of customer service by keeping clients informed about new developments, products, and services that meet their business needs.Address client issues in a timely manner, ensuring prompt and complete resolution. Propose improvements to policies and procedures to enhance service delivery.Work closely with various operational sectors of NBIN to ensure proactive and timely completion of tasks. Regularly document and address operational and service issues.Advise clients on NBIN policies and procedures, provide relevant training, and ensure they are well-equipped with the knowledge they need to navigate their operations.Offer recommendations to improve processes and enhance business relationships with clients.Represent NBIN at client meetings and professional events, upholding the company's image and values.Requirements :
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.University degree with a minimum of two years of experience in a brokerage or service role.Knowledge of regulatory and operational aspects of the financial services industry. Experience with registered plans (RESP, RRSP, RDSP, etc.) is an asset.Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are a must.
