Job Title : Reformer Pilates Instructor

Location : Saint Mary's University, Homburg Centre for Health and Wellness

Schedule : Afternoons, Evenings, and Weekends (to be negotiated)

Compensation : $30-$40 per class (based on experience and qualifications)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and engaging Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate is trained in contemporary Pilates and has hands-on experience teaching with Reformer, Tower, and Split Pedal Chair apparatus. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a welcoming studio environment and is passionate about growing classes and helping clients build strength, mobility, and body awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

• Instruct safe, effective, and inspiring group classes using the Pilates Reformer.
• Apply contemporary Pilates principles with creativity and attention to alignment, flow, and individual client needs.
• Offer modifications and progressions to support a wide range of fitness levels and abilities.
• Maintain a clean, professional studio space and ensure equipment is used safely and correctly.
• Build rapport with clients and foster a positive, inclusive class environment.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and enthusiastic to lead each session.
• Collaborate with the studio team to promote classes and contribute to community growth.
