Responsibilities :

Operating, maintaining, and repair of ammonia based refrigeration systems

Follow Preventative Maintenance schedule and tasks

Troubleshooting various problems and scenarios on a daily basis

Interest in energy efficiency with relation to the operation of refrigeration systems

Qualifications :

Refrigeration apprentice

Must be willing to obtain 2nd class refrigeration plant operator certification

Ammonia experience an asset

General computer skills (i.e word, excel, PM program (Maximo))

Willing to work flexible hours due to call ins

Desire to pursue continuing education in the operation and maintenance of ammonia refrigeration systems

Troubleshooting abilities, able to work well with others in a team environment
