Director, Finance

Our esteemed client, a prominent professional services corporation, seeks to appoint a Director, Finance to manage and oversee the financial operations.

The Director, Finance will manage the ended to end accounts receivable process including creation of complicated invoices and their revenue recognition, collections and the overall financial reporting function. In addition, this role will create comprehensive reporting structures and cash collection. You will operate at both strategic and operational levels, collaborating closely with the team and senior management.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office three days per week.

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills / qualifications :

• CPA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience (progressive) with sometime spent in public accounting
• Proven track record in implementing reporting frameworks within AR, Collections, and Cash applications settings
• Adaptable to dynamic, evolving environments with a focus on growth and change management
• Exceptional communication and adeptness in people management
