Purpose :
As a Sales Training Manager at J&J Surgical Vision you will play a pivotal role in building the commercial capabilities of our field sales organization. You will be responsible for designing delivering and optimizing education programs that upskill the JJSV teams and elevate the sales force to best-in-class standards. This role supports one JJSV Canada and collaborates cross-functionally in the NA and Canadian team to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and business outcomes. You will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Training to plan Canadas training strategy and build / conduct learning in live virtual and self-guided programs aligned to adult learning principals.
You will be responsible for :
Design and implement commercial education strategies tailored to the needs of JJSV Canada.
Lead the development and execution of a re-imagined onboarding program continuous learning and advanced capability programs.
Integrate into the business units to understand the strategic priorities of the platforms.
Stay current with industry trends adult learning principles and digital learning technologies.
