Job description

Auger Hollingsworth ( www.ahinjurylaw.com ) is an accident and injury law firm with offices in Ottawa and Toronto on a mission to grow to become Ontario’s largest personal injury law firm.

You will partner in that mission by seeing the vision; believing in the vision; and making the vision a reality!

We are running on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and this is the role of “Integrator”.

This full-time position will be a blend of remote work from anywhere in Ontario with some onsite office work at our Toronto and Ottawa offices.

The Role

  • You will be a key part of the leadership team and you will lead execution in all areas across the firm.
  • You will create and implement a growth strategy.
  • Reporting directly to one of the founders weekly, you will establish and monitor KPIs and metrics for all firm activities.
  • Integrate all operating functions of the law firm by ensuring that everyone is rowing together in the same direction.
  • Recruit, onboard and train game-changing team members and work hard to ensure the right people in the right seats stay with the firm for the long term.
  • Demonstrate an obsession with firm values, alignment, focus, simplicity and clarity.

Outcomes

  • You will develop a timetable of the firm’s action plan to achieve significant profitable growth each year.
  • Break the plan into executable steps for all firm employees.If further employees are required, hire, communicate and hold employees accountable.
  • Identify and eliminate growth bottlenecks within the firm to achieve growth targets.
  • Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree(s) in relevant discipline.
  • Business Management / Operations / COO / HR experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing and scaling teams, preferably (but not required) in a law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in a broad range of HR aspects with a continuous improvement mindset. CHRP / CHRL or other Human Resources designation an asset.
  • Growth and scaling experience, high energy and execution skills.

  • You love to continually learn and read about business strategy and how it can be applied to real life business growth.
  • Ideally, familiar with the Entrepreneurial Operating System, it’s tools and the role of an Integrator.
  • You love reading business books looking for tools to implement.
