Together, we’ll continue to set the standard for excellence in construction.Reporting to the Superintendent, the Road Foreman is responsible for the oversight of safe and productive field operations, while managing the work to increase revenue and reduce costs within the assigned area. Accountable to oversee and manage highway maintenance operations in accordance with Lakes District Maintenance (LDM), policies, procedures and values. Responsible for the planning and logistics of all projects related tasking to include but not limited to coordinating with sub-contractors and vendors, scheduling and compliance, inspections, and equipment and materials required.
